The hotel is situated on Södra Stadsberget in Sundsvall, approximately 3 km from Sundsvall city center, offering sweeping views of the city, sea, mountains, and valleys.

We are currently seeking a handyman/building caretaker for a permanent full-time position, as our current employee is leaving for new exciting challenges.

You have a strong sense of service and derive joy from making guests and colleagues happy. Previous experience from the hotel and conference industry is considered an asset.

• You can juggle multiple tasks, even during busy or stressful periods.
• You are tidy, structured, take initiative, and proactively identify what needs to be done.

Your responsibilities:

• Minor carpentry work and repair of various equipment in guest rooms, conference facilities, and public areas.
• Garden maintenance during the summer, and snow clearing and sanding in winter using a tractor.
• Setting up furniture in conference rooms.
• General building maintenance and property care to ensure smooth operations.

Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems (VVS) is preferred but not required.

Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday.

Salary: According to agreement or based on experience.

Start date: Immediately or according to agreement.
