We are currently looking for a Systems Engineer for a high-tech company in the aerospace and defense industry in Trollhättan. Here, you will become part of the development of advanced flight systems in an international environment where technology, innovation, and long-term development are in focus.

In this role, you will work on the development and integration of complex system solutions related to aircraft engines and future propulsion technologies. You will be responsible for defining and managing system requirements and ensuring that different subsystems interact in an efficient and reliable manner. The work also includes system analysis, verification, and validation to ensure that products and solutions meet the set requirements for function, performance, and safety.

You will participate in design reviews and work to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations within the aviation industry. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues from several technical disciplines as well as external partners. You will also contribute to improvement and development initiatives that drive systems design forward.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or another relevant field
• Experience in systems engineering, system development, or product development
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English

Knowledge of aviation standards, certification requirements, or safety-related development is a plus. To thrive in this role, you have an analytical and structured work methodology and a good ability to handle complex technical issues in collaboration with others.
