As a Facility Coordinator at Sodexo, you become the hub that connects both service and technology in an international client environment within the manufacturing industry. You are based in Värmland and the client's site in Sunne, with regular visits to a facility in Västra Götaland, specifically Fjällbacka. About the role:
As a Facility Coordinator at Sodexo, you will become a central part of our FM assignment for an international client within the manufacturing industry. You will work in an assignment with high demands on delivery, pace, and quality. You work close to the operations and combine structure and administration with practical coordination on-site. Here you get a role where you create order, drive service delivery forward, and ensure that both people and related environments within production and offices function optimally.
The role also involves regular travel between the client's two facilities.
Your responsibilities
Facility Services – service that creates a good workplace
You work to create a pleasant, safe, and well-functioning work environment. This means:
- following up on cleaning, waste management, and other service deliveries
- taking initiatives according to workplace services to ensure workplace satisfaction
- coordinating security and access systems
- handling internal service, orders, and fault reports to coordinate actions
You are the link between the client, suppliers, and operations — and ensure that everyday life flows smoothly.
Administration & FM follow-up – structure that makes a difference
A large part of the role is about creating order and providing support in FM delivery. This means:
- handling contracts, invoices, and orders
- updating FM and property systems
- supporting property managers and project managers with administration
- planning and following up on operation, maintenance, and service plans
- keeping track of budget, SLAs, and KPIs
You are the one who ensures that everything is documented, followed up on, and lands correctly.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:
- Experience in Facility Management, property, or a similar area
- Good system competence and administrative confidence, especially in Excel
- Understanding of property technology
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Category B driver's license and access to a car
- You are comfortable distributing your time between the two units, Sunne and Fjällbacka
- Ability to handle several parallel tasks in a fast-paced environment

We offer a permanent position with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Working hours are office hours Monday to Friday.
