YOUR ROLE

• Production Preparation — create clear work instructions, select tools, and lay the foundation for efficient workflows.
• Method Development — develop fixtures, machining strategies, and solutions that improve quality and speed.
• CNC Optimization — improve programs and parameters for maximum precision and shorter cycle times.
• CAD/CAM — create and adjust CAM programs and interpret drawings in close collaboration with the design team.
• Process Analysis — analyze machine data and quality outcomes to drive improvements.
• Troubleshooting — solve technical challenges in machines, tools, and processes.
• Operator Support — train and support operators in new methods and programs.
• Equipment Development — participate in the development and implementation of new production equipment and technical solutions.
