Regionservice's mission is to lead, develop, execute, and streamline service services for Healthcare and other operations within and in collaboration with Region Dalarna. We do this in areas such as property maintenance, catering & meals, logistics, cleaning, and healthcare-adjacent services. We create the prerequisites for all operations within Region Dalarna to carry out their activities well, which is a task we take very seriously. Regionservice has approximately 550 employees and generates a turnover of approximately 400 MSEK. Do you want to become an important part of Region Dalarna as an Operations Technician? We are now expanding our organization with a technician specializing in Fire Safety.

As a technician, you will work in a broad role within facility technology, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of facility technical installations including ventilation, cooling, heating, fire protection, power, backup power, etc.

You will primarily work with the maintenance of Region Dalarna's properties within the operational area of Falu Lasaretet. The work group currently consists of over 20 employees; they are a cheerful team with a good mix of men and women. You will have other operations technicians, specialists, and process owners working within facility maintenance at your disposal. On-call duty is included in the position.

To work as an operations technician in facility maintenance in Falun, you must:

• have experience or education in the field of operations technology, or have an education that the employer deems equivalent
• hold a driver's license with at least category B (manual transmission)
• be proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing
• have a home address in the immediate area (approx. 30 min by car for on-call duties)

The following are meritorious for the position:

• experience working with fire safety maintenance
• experience working with control systems such as Siemens or Schneider
• experience in maintenance and service of properties
• experience/education in electrical work
• good computer skills
• previous experience from emergency preparedness work
• previous experience working in close contact with suppliers and customers

As a person, you should have good collaboration skills and be able to work both in a group and individually. You are structured, driven, flexible, meticulous, have good judgment, and can meet customers in a professional manner.
