About the Role

As an À La Carte Chef at our restaurant, you will:

• Prepare and present our dishes with the highest focus on taste, quality, and presentation.
• Participate in menu planning and contribute new ideas for exciting dishes.
• Be responsible for mise en place and ensure smooth service flows.
• Work closely with the head chef and colleagues to create memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen.

• Has experience with à la carte cooking and a passion for modern cuisine.
• Is meticulous, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Is creative and loves working with high-quality ingredients.

• Enjoys working in a team but is also self-sufficient when needed.
