Job Responsibilities

Within Support and Service, you work with individuals who have decisions under the Support and Service Act (LSS). As staff, you provide support and services based on each individual's needs and implementation plan. The work involves, among other things:

• Supporting users in their daily lives and activities
• Working for self-determination, participation, and security
• Providing care and social support
• Documenting according to current legislation
• Collaborating with colleagues, relatives, and other actors
• Contributing to a safe, secure, and developmental environment for users

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience working within support and service, LSS
• Ability to work empathetically and see the individual's abilities rather than obstacles
• Good teamwork skills and a professional and loyal approach

Merits

• Education in healthcare and social care
• Education or experience in pedagogical activities
• Experience working in healthcare and social care
• Competence in alternative and augmentative communication, motivational interviewing, psychiatry, and/or the disability area
• Knowledge of low-affective handling
