We are currently looking for a Performance Engineer to join a high-tech company within the aerospace and defense industry located in Trollhättan. Here, you will work in a technology-driven environment where the development of advanced systems is at the center, and the solutions contribute to socially vital functions.

In this role, you will work on analyzing and developing the performance of engines and their constituent systems. You will create and validate models and simulations used to evaluate and optimize performance, efficiency, and functionality. The work also includes technical trade-off studies and analysis that contribute to the development of future products and solutions.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in design, system development, and production, as well as with external partners, to ensure that technical requirements and customer needs are met. The role also involves participating in improvement and development initiatives that drive performance technology forward.

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering in fields such as aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or other relevant areas
• Several years of experience working with performance analysis, thermodynamics, or related technical fields
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English

Knowledge of aero-engine systems and experience with simulation tools are meritorious. To thrive in this role, you have an analytical mindset and a structured approach to work with strong problem-solving skills.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance according to current regulations. This position requires Swedish citizenship.
