Assignment Description

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer

What You Will Work On

• Develop and maintain backend-heavy fullstack applications
• Work with frontend development where needed to support end-to-end solutions
• Design and implement integrations and distributed system flows
• Work with event-driven systems and messaging (e.g., Kafka or similar technologies)
• Analyze and map integration specifications for system interoperability
• Participate in testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities
• Contribute to system modernization and replacement initiatives
• Take technical ownership of parts of the delivery
• Support improvements in development practices, tooling, and automation
• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders
• Contribute to AI-assisted and modern development workflows

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in backend development with some frontend experience
• Strong experience in integration development and distributed systems
• Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming technologies
• Ability to work across development, testing, and analysis activities
• Strong understanding of system design and enterprise architecture
• Experience working in complex, business-critical environments
• Interest in AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices
• Ability to quickly understand both technical and business domains
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-driven and structured working approach
• Ability to take technical ownership and guide others when needed
