About the Job

I am a middle-aged woman who loves life. I enjoy eating good food, going to concerts, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.

I am looking for female assistants who are non-smokers, hold a driver's license, and are not allergic to fur-bearing animals. Experience in healthcare is a plus.

The role of a personal assistant is highly varied, but regardless of the specific tasks, you will make a valuable difference to the person you work for.

Working Hours

Your working hours will vary based on the client's needs, including day shifts, evening shifts, awake night shifts, and weekend work.

Background Checks

If you are hired to work for our client, you will be required to present a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (belastningsregister) as part of the employment process. There are two different legal requirements depending on whether you will be working with children or adults.

Working with Children

Work with children with disabilities is subject to register control requirements according to the Act (2010:479) on register control of personnel performing certain interventions for children with disabilities. A certificate from the register must be presented as a final step in the recruitment process before employment can be considered.

Working with Elderly or Adults with Disabilities

Work in the home of elderly persons or adults with disabilities is subject to register control according to the Act (2026:43) on register control when working in the home for elderly persons or adults with disabilities. The law comes into effect on March 1, 2026. In support of this law, we as a company have a policy to request a certificate from the register upon new employment. The register control is conducted as a final step in the recruitment process and is part of our overall suitability assessment.
