As a key player in Sweden's energy transition, Svenska Kraftnät's IT division is growing to enable doubled electricity production and a fossil-free future. With the latest technology, we both strengthen and increase the infrastructure's capacity and the pace of development within digitalization and processes. To continue this journey forward, we are looking for an IT Business Developer.
About the Role
In the role of IT Business Developer within Service Level Management, you will have a central role in developing, establishing, and managing a cohesive model for controlling service quality, service commitments, and follow-up.
You will work to ensure that the organization's services are managed with clear goals, relevant KPIs, and structured follow-up that supports the organization's priorities. You will drive improvement work in close collaboration with the business, IT, suppliers, and management.
You will develop processes and ensure that models and working methods are followed throughout the organization. An important part of the role is to review IT's control model for the future – identifying what works in different contexts and being an active part of the transformation journey towards a model that enables a more agile and flexible way of working while generating real impact for the business.
In this role, you will belong to the IT Strategy and Control Department, which is responsible for the division's strategic work, planning, and follow-up.
Main Responsibilities:
- Service Level Management
- KPI and Follow-up
- Business Development
- Supplier and Collaboration Control
About You
Requirements:
We see you as a person with analytical skills and a helicopter perspective – you understand the complexity of both the business's and IT's challenges and navigate confidently in the borderland between them. You have a structured and pragmatic approach to your work, drive ideas and initiatives, and are not afraid to challenge – always with a focus on results that actually make a difference. With a positive and forward-looking personality, you naturally build trust and relationships for collaboration – you engage at all levels and function as an ambassador who inspires and brings others along.
You must also adhere to the Swedish Government's Values Foundation (https://www.statskontoret.se/forvaltningskultur/den-statliga-vardegrunden/). We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
Furthermore, you have a relevant degree in systems science or equivalent competence acquired in another way that Svenska Kraftnät assesses as equivalent. We also see that you have:
- At least 5 years of work-related experience in business development within a large IT organization
- Work-related experience with Service Level Management, ITSM, or service control
- Good understanding of KPI control, reporting, and follow-up
- Experience in developing processes, models, and governing working methods
- Good ability to lead workshops and create consensus among different stakeholders
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
Meritorious:
- Experience with ITIL PM3, SAFe, or similar frameworks
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Experience from critical infrastructure or regulated environments
