We are looking for a structured and analytical engineer or equivalent with experience in complex bidding processes. You want to work in a technology-driven, international company where bidding is business-critical, allowing you to combine operational responsibility with the development of methods and processes.

In this role, you lead and coordinate the entire bidding process – from analysis and go/no-go decisions to final submission. You work closely with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams, ensuring that bids meet technical requirements and relevant regulations.

You drive requirement analysis, risk assessments, and documentation, while also being responsible for structure and progress in several parallel, time-critical processes. The role also involves developing and standardizing working methods, preferably with elements of digitalization and AI support.

This is a tactical role, which requires your ability to think strategically, align with business goals, and identify both risks and opportunities in business deals, as well as understanding how technical prerequisites impact outcomes.

We are looking for someone with experience in technology-driven companies, international environments, and experience in bidding or similar roles – preferably within the public sector. You have a good understanding of commercial terms and are accustomed to working cross-functionally in complex organizations. You are confident in interpreting specifications and thrive in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders. You must have excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written. As a person, you are meticulous, driven, and naturally collaborate across functions – while taking personal responsibility and delivering under time pressure.
