On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Business Administrator within Warehouse and Logistics. The assignment is full-time, expected to start on August 10, 2026, and run until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension.

About the Assignment

Do you want to work in a socially important operation where you contribute to creating efficient and sustainable logistics flows? In the role of Business Administrator for Warehouse and Logistics, you will play a key role in creating increased control, clearer working methods, and improved conditions for efficient warehouse and goods flows. You will work both operationally and developmentally together with a small team, focusing on ensuring quality, structure, and reliability in warehouse management.

You will become part of a small team responsible for warehouse operations, where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and business-oriented development are in focus. The team works both operationally and strategically to ensure efficient and sustainable logistics flows. You will be responsible for several warehouse units and contribute to developing collaboration and working methods within the logistics area, in close dialogue with internal functions.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the client's four remote warehouses
• Ensure structure, order, and quality in warehouse management
• Plan, execute, and follow up on inventories
• Ensure reliability in warehouse balances and warehouse data
• Develop and improve working methods within warehouse and logistics flows
• Collaborate with functions such as purchasing, planning, and finance
• Identify and drive improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics

• Start Date: 2026-08-10
• End Date: 2026-12-31 (possibility of extension)
• Scope: 100% (40 hours per week)
• Security Clearance: The assignment is placed in a security class and a security investigation will be conducted.

About You

We are looking for you who meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Documented experience of working in warehouse operations for at least 5 years.
• Experience with warehouse administrative tasks such as monitoring warehouse balances, inventories, deviation management, materials, and asset registers for at least 5 years.
• Documented experience of warehouse work in an established ERP/EAM system from at least two previous assignments.

The following qualifications are meritorious:

• Experience working with warehousing of infrastructure and vehicle materials, at least 2 years.
• Experience working in projects where you collaborate with other functions such as administrators, purchasing, planning, or finance, at least 2 years.
• Experience working in publicly governed operations for at least 1 year.
• Documented familiarity for at least 1 year of working in warehouse-related systems or business systems; Unit4 warehouse module, Unit4 Agresso, IBM Maximo.
