For the period of June 15th to August 15th, we are looking for a summer temp for our client in Tumba.

About the Role

As a Road Freight Forwarder, you play a central role in daily operations, responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing road transport. You maintain close contact with both customers and suppliers, ensuring everything runs smoothly from order to delivery.

You will:

• Plan, book, and follow up on road transports.
• Maintain daily contact with customers, carriers, and partners.
• Handle transport documents and discrepancies.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with some experience in logistics, transport, or forwarding – preferably within road or car transport. You are structured, service-oriented, and have a natural drive to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

To succeed in this role, we want you to:

• Have strong administrative skills and thrive in a coordinating role.
• Be communicative, responsible, and a team player.
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and English.
• Be computer literate, preferably with experience in transport business systems.

What We Offer

This is a temporary position during the summer holiday period. You will be employed by us at Vi Bemannar and seconded to our client in Tumba. At our client's site, you will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, quality, and customer focus are central. For the right person, there may be an opportunity to extend this role.

Start Date: June 15th

Location: Tumba

Hours: Full-time 08:00–17:00, with some possibility of remote work one or two days per week.
