Do you want to take overall responsibility for the payroll process in an international environment while working broadly with HR administration? Zehnder is now looking for a meticulous and driven person who wants to combine payroll work with HR administration in an important and independent role.

About the role

In this role, you are responsible for the payroll process for approximately 60 employees in the Nordic region. The majority of the payrolls concern Sweden, but the role also includes handling and reporting related to the other Nordic countries. You work in close dialogue with internal and external contacts and ensure that the payroll work maintains high quality and follows current processes and regulations. The payroll work is carried out in the payroll system Flex HRM.

There are currently established processes and guides in place, but we are looking for you who want to take full ownership of the payroll process and at the same time contribute to developing, improving, and streamlining ways of working and routines. The role is central to the operations, and you will become a key person in creating structure, quality, and security within the payroll work.

In addition to payroll work, you will support the HR function with administrative and coordinating tasks within HR. The work includes administration from onboarding to offboarding, handling and updating HR systems, preparing HR-related documentation, and support in processes related to employment, changes, and terminations. The role also includes administrative work regarding policies, routines, and HR processes.

The position is located in Motala.

Your profile

We believe that you have a few years of experience in qualified payroll work and are accustomed to working independently with great responsibility. You feel secure in the entire payroll process and preferably have experience from international or Nordic environments. If you have also worked with HR administration or other personnel-related administration, it is a plus.

We see that you are accustomed to collaborating and creating both good relationships and trust with your surroundings. You can communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, and are a proficient user of the Office package and payroll systems.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and professional with a structured approach to work. You have a positive and service-oriented attitude and thrive in a role where quality, structure, and improvement work are a natural part of everyday life.
