About the role

As a Customer Service Representative and Sales Support, your main responsibility is to meet customer expectations by ensuring they receive the right product at the right time.

You will handle the receipt, processing, and administration of orders and backorders. Your daily routine involves constant contact with warehouse staff and the company's resellers.

Your role also includes acting as sales support and assisting the company's sales organization.

You will have regular email and phone contact with customers as well as regular communication with the company's sales team.

The position is full-time with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.

The position starts immediately or by agreement and runs until mid/late August.

You will be employed by OnePartnerGroup Skaraborg and work on-site at our client's premises.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have at least a high school education. Experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus.

As a person, you are service-oriented, enjoy customer contact, and collaborate easily. You are curious, solution-oriented, and contribute to a positive work environment with your energy.

You are computer literate and proficient in the Office suite. Previous experience with business systems is a plus. Proficiency in both Swedish and English is required for this position.

A driver's license and access to your own car are necessary to commute to the workplace.
