Your new role
As a Property Technician in Mora, you will become a key person in the daily operations and service of our properties. You will handle incoming service requests, work proactively to prevent operational disruptions, and maintain close contact with our tenants – always with the goal of delivering professional service and creating long-term value.

You have a strong interest in energy efficiency and sustainable operations, and you enjoy having close and professional contact with our tenants. You are driven by optimizing our properties, reducing energy consumption, and identifying areas for improvement, and you track the impact of your efforts through data and clear key performance indicators. You see digital tools, AI, and smart systems as natural aids in creating more proactive, cost-effective, and sustainable property management.

In the role of Property Technician at Diös, your responsibilities include among other things:

• Work with property maintenance and supervision of our properties and their technical systems.
• Perform systematic inspections according to current regulations and internal routines.
• Communicate and follow up with contracted contractors.
• Build long-term relationships with our tenants.
• Work preventively through patrols and systematic improvement work.
• Identify, propose, and implement energy-saving measures in the properties.
• Monitor energy performance and operational data, and contribute with analyses and improvement proposals.
• Contribute with data that strengthens both operational net income, sustainability, and long-term property value.

Who are you?
We are looking for you with experience or education in property technology or related areas such as plumbing, ventilation, construction, or electrical work. You have a strong technical interest and are socially skilled in relation to our tenants. You want to develop in a role that combines significant independent responsibility with close collaboration with colleagues.

We believe that you:

• Are solution-oriented, curious, and responsible.
• Enjoy meeting with tenants and colleagues and are confident in your communication.
• Have a strong interest in digital solutions, AI, and smart systems that can streamline and develop our properties.
• Have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Meritorious: FAVAL certification or experience in contractor and service contacts.

Since some of our tenants are covered by security protection agreements (SUA), a background check will be conducted.
