We are now looking for a relationship-building and initiative-taking primary school teacher for grades F-3, located at Rosenbergsskolan in Tidaholm Municipality!

About the position

We are seeking a certified teacher for grades F–3 who wishes to be part of a close and developmental collaboration. The position involves a shared class teacher role where you, together with another educator, share joint responsibility for teaching, planning, follow-up, and the students' development. By working in a team, you create good conditions for accessible teaching, a sustainable work life, and a secure learning environment for the students.

Rosenbergsskolan is a F–6 school with approximately 410 students and dedicated staff. Here, we work based on the belief that all children are everyone's children and that good relationships and an inclusive approach are the foundation of a secure and developmental school.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have the prescribed education and certification for the position. You should be able to work independently and in teams. You have the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues, and you work for a good work environment for both students and colleagues. You are creative and have the ability to create a secure and structured learning environment for the students. It is important that you can maintain firm boundaries while having the ability to adapt teaching to the students' different needs.
