About Allt Om Hållbarhet
Allt Om Hållbarhet is an inspiring platform where companies can learn about and engage with sustainability issues. About the Role
As an advisory customer service representative at Allt Om Hållbarhet, you will communicate with customers via phone and email. The job involves efficiently analyzing customer needs, searching for information, guiding, and providing solution proposals. You identify current support programs, review various conditions, and match the right support to the right company. To some extent, you will also independently fill out applications for members. You act as the customer's partner in the application process, from the first call to the completed application. You work towards set goals and take responsibility for delivery to the customer. Some upselling may occur.
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous. Allt Om Hållbarhet values well-being and development – you will work in a team with good cohesion where we learn from each other.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is goal- and result-oriented
- Has the ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Is structured and analytical
- Is communicative and confident in phone contact – driving conversations forward
- Has experience in administrative work/phone proficiency and/or sales
- Has an interest in sustainability and a helpful spirit
- Is quick at finding information and can turn it into concrete solutions
- Is ready to quickly grow into a role with great responsibility and opportunities
- Fluently speaks Swedish

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. The position is located at our office in central Borås. The start date is August 5th.
