About the role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the customer's first point of contact. You answer questions via chat, email, and phone – always with a friendly and solution-focused approach.

You will:

• Help customers with questions regarding products, orders, accounts, and technical issues
• Work with a case management system and follow internal procedures
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and maintain a high service level
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve cases efficiently

We are looking for someone who:

• Has fluent proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish (C2 level)
• Has good knowledge of English
• Is service-oriented, detail-oriented, and communicative
• Thrives in an international team environment
• Can work shifts, including some weekends and holidays
• Has a clean criminal record
