We are looking for you to join our service team! El Birria is seeking several service-oriented waiters and waitresses who want to help create a fantastic experience for our guests. We are a family-owned business with a strong team spirit, valuing engagement, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
Your responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a smile and create a pleasant atmosphere.
- Assist customers with orders and menu questions.
- Handle payments and cash registers in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the restaurant according to our cleaning routines.
- Follow our hygiene regulations, safety procedures, and codes of conduct.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 6 months of experience in serving or similar roles.
- Is flexible and can work during the day, evenings, and weekends.
- Is social, stress-resistant, and enjoys working with others.
- Fluently speaks Swedish (required).
- Is knowledgeable about hygiene and likes to keep things organized.
