Job Description

The security function of a government agency is currently driving two development initiatives:

• Further development of an internal security advisory function.
• Strengthening the agency's employee protection work.

The security advisory service is a support function where managers and employees can receive advice on urgent or complex security-related issues. These issues may concern threats, personnel security, or other security challenges within the operations.

The employee protection function aims to ensure that employees can perform their work safely and without undue influence from external actors. In the long term, the ambition is to integrate these two functions into a cohesive operation.

The assignment involves project management of development efforts, where some sub-projects are dependent on each other while others can be carried out independently.

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in project management within security.
• Experience working with employee protection.
• Experience working with government agencies.
• Experience anchoring projects in large organizations (at least 1000 employees) both internally and externally.
