Silvertärnan's goal is to stimulate and develop each student as far as possible based on their individual prerequisites. Success requires dedicated staff who work closely in collaboration with students and guardians.

We are looking for a resource pedagogue who wants to be a key part of our school's work to ensure safety, study environment, and learning opportunities for all students. You have the ability to motivate and support students in various ways.

We are looking for you who have good experience working with lower secondary school (grades 7-9) as well as post-secondary education with a pedagogical focus, or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer. The tasks vary between being a resource for an individual student, a small group, and a larger group/whole class. Your role is to support students throughout the school day and be a present adult alongside teachers, both during lessons and breaks. Some teaching may also occur. Mentoring students may also become relevant.

It is important to us that you, as a resource pedagogue, are flexible and good at collaborating with colleagues, students, and guardians.
