About the role

As a personal assistant, you become a key figure in daily life – you provide both practical and social support. Your work makes a real difference, every day.

Your responsibilities:

• Help with personal care and hygiene routines.
• Assist with transfers and accompany on activities and meetings.
• Support with household chores and daily routines.
• Be attentive to wishes and needs, and adapt the support accordingly.
• Contribute to a positive and respectful relationship with the assistant recipient and their relatives.

We are looking for you who:

• Are responsible, flexible, and have an easy time collaborating.
• Have experience working with people with disabilities – this is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Have experience with lifts and uridom – this is seen as a great advantage.
• Are a good communicator who listens actively.
• Have a B driver's license – an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Speak Arabic – required, as the user speaks and understands it best.
