Do you want to work at the heart of a global supply chain operation and contribute to ensuring the right spare parts are in the right place at the right time? We are now looking for an Inbound Replenishment Planner for Epiroc in Örebro for an exciting consulting assignment starting in August 2026 or as agreed.
About the assignment
Epiroc is undergoing a system change and is therefore looking for an additional resource for its Inbound Replenishment team. You will become an important part of the operation and contribute to ensuring stable material flows and high delivery security during a period of development and change.
As an Inbound Replenishment Planner, you are responsible for planning and purchasing spare parts from suppliers worldwide, as well as communicating with Epiroc's international customer center. The role involves many interfaces and close collaboration with colleagues within Supply Chain.
Your tasks will include, among other things:
- Ensuring access to spare parts through efficient ordering and supplier cooperation
- Planning and coordinating the distribution of DOs and kits that are picked and packed within the distribution center
- Working daily in business systems and planning tools, including M3, GIM, and ACIGN
- Monitoring deliveries and material flows
- Collaborating closely with other functions within Supply Chain to ensure high service levels and delivery precision
- Contributing to efficient working methods during ongoing system changes
Your profile
We are looking for you who have experience in planning, logistics, purchasing, or supply chain and who thrive in a role where structure, collaboration, and problem-solving are key success factors.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Post-secondary education in logistics, purchasing, supply chain, or equivalent experience
- Experience in planning, logistics, or purchasing work
- Very good system proficiency
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience with the business system M3
- Experience from manufacturing industry or international operations
- Experience in material planning, replenishment, or supply planning
As a person, you are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. You have an easy time collaborating with others while also being able to drive your work independently and take initiative.
About the employment
You will be employed by Jefferson Wells and work as a consultant at Epiroc in Örebro.
The assignment is full-time with a planned start in August 2026 and is expected to last for approximately six months.
