Bama Foods in Lindesberg is now looking for a Quality and Product Development Coordinator to join our Quality & Innovation team!

As a Quality and Product Development Coordinator, you will become a crucial link between product development and quality assurance. You will work broadly within the product development process, focusing on quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and documentation. The role involves extensive internal collaboration, as well as some external contact. As a Quality and Product Development Coordinator, you will contribute to ensuring that our products meet both internal requirements and current legislation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product labeling, including nutritional values and ingredient lists.
• Ensure that labeling meets legal requirements and internal guidelines.
• Participate in artwork and packaging processes.
• Conduct risk analyses related to new raw materials, suppliers, and recipes.
• Plan, participate in, and sometimes lead trial runs.
• Ensure quality in the product development process through analyses and validations.
• Drive and participate in improvement and optimization projects, for example related to assortment and cost savings.
• Responsible for documentation related to changes and development projects.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education in areas such as food, quality, development, or a related field, or who have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience. You can be at the beginning of your career or have a few years of experience working in quality and/or product development. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Experience from the food industry is an asset, but not a requirement.

• Employment type: Parental leave cover, approx. 14 months, full-time.
