As a Production Engineer, you will become an important part of the work to develop and improve production processes. You will work both with the industrialization of new products and with optimizing existing production regarding safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role is varied and involves many interfaces, both internally and externally.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Technical support to production regarding safety, quality, and efficiency
• Ensure that production processes and digital work instructions are updated and correctly integrated into systems
• Work with documentation and instructions in close collaboration with the operations
• Participate in new development projects and prepare products for series production
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to LEAN work
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, technology, and external suppliers

You find it easy to collaborate and communicate with different functions and feel comfortable in an environment where the pace is high and conditions may change.

• A university or civil engineering degree in production, industrial engineering, or similar
• Several years of experience in production engineering work or as a designer
• Good system proficiency, for example within PLM, documentation, or business systems
• Experience with tools such as Teamcenter, SharePoint, or Excel
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
