Your Role

As part of our team, you will work with mechanical design and system design in close collaboration with our production department. Together, we develop methods and technical solutions with a strong focus on machine safety and ergonomics. CE marking is a central part of the work involved in developing new equipment.

Continuous improvement is part of our daily routine, and we constantly strive to develop and optimize our equipment and processes.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is driven and goal-oriented with a strong interest in technology and innovation. You thrive in a team environment and are a natural collaborator; we place great emphasis on personal qualities to ensure a good match with our existing team.

We prefer candidates with a university degree in engineering or equivalent experience, as well as skills in CAD design – preferably in programs such as SolidWorks or CATIA. To succeed in this role, you must have good proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Since the position may occasionally involve travel, a valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in project-based environments
• Experience with CE marking
• Knowledge of explosives

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance process according to current regulations. For certain positions where Saab requires security classification, specific citizenship requirements may apply.
