Do you want to work with technology that makes a real difference – and at the same time develop in the role of Systems Engineer? Here you get the opportunity to become part of a technical environment where collaboration is in focus to ensure complex systems function as a whole.
We are looking for you who have a relevant technical education as a foundation and who have already gathered at least one year of work experience from a technical role. You are still early in your career, but have gained practical understanding of technical systems, documentation, requirements, testing, networking, or technical collaboration in a project environment.
At our client's site, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually develop within systems engineering, communication systems, and defense-related technical solutions. Apply today – we are recruiting continuously!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Systems Engineer, you will become part of the work with technical systems throughout the product's lifecycle – from requirements and design to testing, verification, and documentation. You will work in projects where several technical disciplines meet and where collaboration is central.
The role may involve you:
- Requirements and Documentation: Working on understanding, structuring, and tracking technical requirements. You contribute to keeping documentation updated and ensuring requirements are traceable throughout the development process.
- Technical Collaboration: Supporting coordination between different technical disciplines, such as software, electronics, mechanics, and testing. You will learn how different parts of a system influence each other.
- Systems Understanding and Technical Solutions: Contributing to analyzing system solutions, interfaces, and technical dependencies. Over time, you will take greater responsibility for seeing how the parts fit together in the whole.
- Testing, Verification, and Quality: Participating in verification, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure the system meets established requirements. You will also work with risks, deviations, and improvements together with more senior colleagues.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A technical education in areas such as: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technical Physics, Mechatronics, or Automation.
- An interest in complex technical systems and a desire to understand how hardware, software, electronics, and mechanics interact.
- Clear communication skills in both Swedish and English, orally and in writing.
BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE:
It is positive if you have encountered any of the following through education, internships (LIA), thesis work, or previous employment:
- Requirements management or requirements tools, such as DOORS, Polarion, or similar.
- Systems engineering, MBSE, SysML, or model-based approaches.
- Testing, verification, validation, or technical troubleshooting.
- The V-model, agile methods, or other structured development methodologies.
- Defense industry, aviation, automotive, industrial, automation, or other technically complex operations.
- Risk analysis, quality assurance, or technical documentation.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- At our client's site, you will work together with some of Sweden's most experienced systems engineers within the defense sector.
- You will receive a clear introduction, support from senior colleagues, and the opportunity to develop into more advanced systems roles over time.
- The role suits you who want to build a long-term career in systems engineering. Experience from the defense sector is highly sought after and provides a strong foundation for future roles in areas such as aviation, automotive, and advanced product development.
