BECOME PART OF OUR ENGAGED TEAM
The Property Department supports the entire organization with premises, furnishings, signage, access control, and various property-related projects. We work closely with production, development, administration, and external partners to find practical and sustainable solutions.
As a Property Coordinator, you will be a central contact person in daily operations and contribute to maintaining high quality in our premises and functions – both for existing operations and as we develop and adapt our environments for the future.
THE ROLE OF PROPERTY COORDINATOR
In the role of Property Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily coordination of administrative property-related tasks. You assist in property projects and provide ongoing support to the Head of Property.
You serve as a service-oriented contact point for employees, contractors, and other stakeholders, following up on various property matters. Daily leadership and reporting are directed to the Head of Property.
Examples of duties include:
- Furnish and equip our premises continuously with furniture, fittings, and equipment
- Purchase furniture and equipment related to the property function
- Maintain room and location administration in our systems
- Order and coordinate moving assistance for employees
- Represent the company at tenant meetings
- Ensure indoor and outdoor signage in our premises
- Assist with access control and system administration in our visitor systems
- Handle purchases and invoices related to the property function
- Ensure investments are documented with photos and object numbers for the finance department
- Manage administrative contact with English-speaking counterparts (e.g., energy, property, insurance assignments)
- Update the lease file and administer project documentation
- Update the property department's pages on the intranet
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant upper secondary education or equivalent
- Experience from a support or coordination role, preferably related to property in an industrial environment
- Experience working with many daily contacts and solving problems independently in everyday situations
- Experience with documentation and information management
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Valid Category B driver's license (required)
Merits:
- Experience/education in signage, interior design, and design
- Experience or knowledge of ITAR, safe lifting, and visitor/access systems
- Familiarity with systems and coordination regarding property/location systems
- Experience representing companies at tenant meetings
- Experience with property projects
