We are currently looking for you who want to work in a key position as a Project Manager within our industrial operations in Örebro.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you lead reinvestment, maintenance, and service projects for our customers within industrial facilities. You build good relationships with our customers and colleagues, with the goal of creating a partnership that benefits both parties. You will work with total assignments from requirement specification to delivery, ensuring tasks are performed in a safe, commercial, and profitable manner.

In your role as Project Manager, you have a leading and managerial role and take responsibility for the technical, administrative, and economic aspects of the assigned projects. You will direct, lead, and follow up on project work through all phases to ensure performance and project goals are met, supported by your team. You work with the company's technicians, project administrators, and subcontractors whom you lead and are responsible for their development within the company.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Resource and material planning
• Economic results and follow-up
• Preparation and handling of tender requests
• Purchasing related to your maintenance and project measures
• Contract knowledge and commercial legal decisions
• Invoicing management and responsibility for billing
• Own your business portfolio and drive development for results

You report to the Department Manager and, as a Project Manager, you have partial responsibility for the department's results.

Who are you?

You have a technical university/college education or work experience as a Project Manager or equivalent, along with good technical understanding. Knowledge of contract law is an advantage.

To succeed in the role, you need technical and economic understanding and an eye for business opportunities. You are skilled at building trustworthy and long-term customer relationships. You are both solution-oriented and systematic.
