About the job

As a Process Engineer, you will work closely with production to develop and improve our chemical processes. You will contribute to both investment projects and ongoing improvement work, focusing on capacity, efficiency, quality, and safety.

You will be part of a cross-functional team together with production, maintenance, and quality, where you jointly ensure stable operations and drive improvements.

Main responsibilities:

• As a lead process engineer, participate in and drive projects
• Contribute as a process engineer during startups and commissioning
• Drive process improvements focusing on capacity, OEE, quality, and safety
• Responsible for quality assurance when conducting risk analyses in projects and minor modifications (HAZOP, What-If, LOPA, SIL, MOC)
• Work closely with production and maintenance to resolve operational disruptions and improve stability and performance
• Contribute to standardization, documentation, and dissemination of process knowledge
• On-call duty is included in the role

We believe you have

• A Master of Science in Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Previous experience from the process industry
