Job Description

Do you want to work in an international environment with a strong focus on innovation, technology, and customer value? We are now looking for a Product Manager – Exploration who wants to support our sales teams with top expertise in our product range within the exploration segment. This is a broad and dynamic role with great opportunities to shape the content yourself. You will collaborate with engaged colleagues within Epiroc and work closely with our customers in a region covering 13 countries.

Your Mission

In this role, you are responsible for strengthening our market position through technical expertise and business-oriented support. Among other things, you will:

  • Support the sales team with in-depth knowledge of products and machine control systems
  • Support our product companies with market insights regarding current and future needs
  • Contribute to a positive work climate characterized by collaboration, respect, and team spirit
  • Develop and deliver high-quality sales and product materials as well as training
  • Collaborate with other divisions to create attractive One Epiroc offers
  • Participate in customer activities such as customer visits, campaigns, roadshows, and trade fairs
  • Monitor product performance and drive improvements based on customer needs
  • Handle and contribute to the resolution of any safety and quality challenges in the field
  • Be an ambassador for safety
  • Live and work according to the One Epiroc strategy

In this role, you have great opportunities to develop and broaden your competence, for example by taking responsibility for your own customers and leading specific projects.

Location and Travel

For this position, there are several alternative locations such as Örebro, Slagsta, Skellefteå, Kiruna, Vestby (Norway), or at one of our other sites in Sweden. Travel is included in the position.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are business-driven, structured, and passionate about technology and customer relations. You have several years of experience, preferably at least five years, working with Epiroc's products or similar, either practically or theoretically, and you feel confident using various software and systems. You communicate fluently in Swedish or Norwegian and have good knowledge of English in both speech and writing.

As a person, you have a commercial and proactive approach, where you see opportunities and act forward-looking. You thrive in teams, contribute to a good team spirit, and have the ability to work structured even during periods of high tempo. You have a strong customer focus and strive to always deliver high quality. Furthermore, you have the ability to drive change, are solution-oriented, and spread positive energy in the organization. The role also requires that you have a driver's license and enjoy traveling for work.
