DEKRA is now looking for a Senior Project Manager for their initiative within Quality Assurance & Engineering. The goal is to help customers reduce risks in projects and supply chains through quality assurance, supplier management, technical verification, and project support.

In this role, you will lead and support complex projects from concept to implementation. You will create structure, progress, and control in technically demanding environments. Projects may involve quality assurance, technical development, production, investment projects, commissioning, supplier management, or investigations related to components and plant-critical parts.

DEKRA is currently building a senior consulting team. As one of the first people to join this initiative, you will become a key player in the team's continued development. You will contribute not only to client assignments but also by understanding the market, identifying new needs, and developing the next business opportunity together with the team. You will also have the opportunity to influence both working methods and how the role evolves. This role is particularly interesting for you if you want to combine project management in technically complex environments with customer-facing advisory, business understanding, and long-term development.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Extensive experience from industrial environments and leading technically complex projects.
• Experience with investment projects, production facilities, or commissioning.
• Experience in supplier management and risk management.
• Experience from sectors such as energy, nuclear power, process industry, defense, or manufacturing.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have experience from technical investigations, plant-proximity projects, or assignments where you quickly needed to create structure in complex situations. Experience from consulting-related work or customer-focused roles is also valuable.

Scope: Full-time, permanent
Start: Immediately, taking into account any notice period
Location: Karlstad, Örebro, Västerås, Gävle, or Stockholm.
