At Saab Dynamics in Karlskoga, a lot is happening right now. We are in an expansion phase and are therefore looking for several Supplier Quality Managers (SQM) who want to contribute to developing our quality work together with us.

We are looking for both those who are relatively new to supplier quality and those with substantial experience who wish to take on a more strategic or overarching role. Here, you have the opportunity to grow, influence, and make a difference, regardless of where you are in your career.

Your Role

As a Supplier Quality Manager, you play a central role in the collaboration between suppliers, procurement, and production. You work to ensure quality throughout the entire supply chain and drive the development of both processes and collaborations.

Depending on your experience and strengths, your responsibilities may include:

• Supplier development and audits
• Handling of deviations and root cause analyses
• Improvement work and preventive quality initiatives
• Analysis and follow-up of supplier performance
• Development of structures and working methods in a growing business

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, and who thrive in collaborative environments. You enjoy understanding the big picture but can also dive into details when needed.

Experience in supplier quality, quality work, or production is an advantage. For more senior roles, we would prefer that you have good knowledge of purchasing quality and quality systems.

Knowledge of, for example, ISO 9001/14001, PPAP, MSA, or drawing reading is an advantage, but we are looking for potential and drive, not a perfect checklist.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
