We are now looking for a Project Manager with a focus on mechanics and process who wants to be part of Eurenco's success and is driven by project management in a global group – right in the midst of expanding Karlskoga.

About the Role

Your main responsibility as a Technical Project Manager is to drive and execute various types of investment and improvement projects. The overarching goal of these projects is to ensure the business develops and operates as efficiently as possible. Projects may vary in scope and span multiple technical disciplines. You are responsible for costing, planning, and execution, which involves close collaboration with production. Together, you are responsible for optimizing production based on personnel, safety, quality, and output. The role also includes meeting the requirements of our internal customers, which entails frequent contact with contractors and designers. You report to the Technical Director at Eurenco and are part of a team of around fifteen qualified employees where we enjoy working together while tackling challenging assignments.

Examples of tasks:

• Project management of investment and improvement projects.
• Working closely with our production departments to improve or renew our facilities.
• Conducting preliminary studies, investigations, and participating in budgeting related to facility projects.
• Contributing to internal departmental work to develop our processes and working methods.

Who Are We Looking For?

To fit the role, we are looking for someone with an engineering degree in chemical or mechanical engineering, with experience working as a project manager in the improvement and development of production equipment in manufacturing or process industries. We assume you are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and hold a valid driver's license (Category B). We expect you to be accustomed to independently leading, structuring, and planning investment and facility projects. You have a good ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical specifications. Being communicative and collaborative are extremely important traits for thriving and succeeding in this role!
