Do you want to help develop the future of production? At Combitech in Örebro, Karlskoga, and Karlstad, you will play a key role in optimizing, ensuring quality, and developing production for some of Sweden's most technologically advanced operations. We are looking for you who want to work as a Production Engineer or Production Planner, motivated by creating smart, robust, and sustainable production solutions. Here, you have the opportunity to make a real difference by combining technology, structure, and continuous improvement.
Your Role as Production Engineer
As a Production Engineer, you will have a central role in developing, optimizing, and ensuring the quality of production for our customers. You will work in technically complex environments where high demands are placed on structure, traceability, and production flows. You will contribute to creating robust and efficient solutions throughout the entire production chain.
You will work cross-functionally in close collaboration with departments such as design, production, quality, and procurement, focusing on translating technical specifications into efficient and repeatable production processes.
You will work on developing, improving, and optimizing production methods, flows, and layouts to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The role also involves preparing both new and existing products for production, as well as creating, reviewing, and maintaining production and manufacturing documentation, including instructions, to ensure a well-functioning manufacturing process.
Who Are You?
You have a relevant engineering degree or equivalent work experience, along with experience in production technology, production planning, or the creation of production documentation and instructions. You are proficient in IT and have experience working with business systems and digital tools.
We are looking for someone with a technical interest, a good understanding of production processes, and a desire to develop and improve operations. You thrive on combining structure with problem-solving and enjoy collaborating with different functions within the organization. As a person, you are structured, analytical, responsible, and solution-oriented. You take initiative, drive improvements, and enjoy working together with others to achieve common goals. You have good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have experience with industrial IT systems such as IFS, DELMIA, or SAP, knowledge of CAD and reading technical drawings, as well as experience with improvement work according to Lean or Six Sigma. Experience in automation, robotics, or production development is also considered a plus.
As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you must undergo and pass a security clearance with register check.
Selection will take place after the application deadline. We look forward to receiving your application!
