Survey Manager at Infrakraft – Help Build the Infrastructure of the Future

Are you an experienced Survey Manager or Senior Surveying Engineer looking to work on some of Sweden's largest infrastructure projects?

About the Role

We are now looking for an independent and responsible Survey Manager for our projects in Central Sweden, where you will work on large and complex infrastructure projects such as the E3 Hallsberg–Stenkumla.

As Survey Manager, you have overall responsibility for planning, leading, and coordinating surveying activities within the project. You ensure that surveying work maintains high quality through careful planning, quality assurance, and technical calculations.

In this role, you are also responsible for managing and quality-assuring surveying equipment, preparing and reviewing drawings as well as models, and ensuring that work is carried out according to current technical requirements and work preparations. As a leader, you drive the development of surveying activities and contribute to Infrakraft staying at the forefront regarding working methods, routines, and technical solutions.

We are looking for you who

You have a solid background in surveying technology and thrive in a leadership role where you can combine technical competence with leadership and collaboration.

We see that you have:

• At least five years of experience as a Survey Manager, Senior Surveying Engineer, or similar role within earthworks and civil engineering projects.
• Flexibility to work at other locations during weekdays.
• Education in technical land surveying, surveying technology, or equivalent.
• License Type 1 for surveying technical work according to the Swedish Transport Administration's requirements.
• Experience leading teams or personnel is an advantage.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
