We are now looking for you who are interested in joining our team in the laboratory at Aspa Pulp!

For the pulp mill in Aspa, we are seeking a day-shift laboratory technician. Your main tasks will include sampling and analyzing pulps and water streams, both inside and outside the factory. The work is part of a rotation system with eight different stations. You will also be responsible for inspections and maintenance of the equipment in the factory's various process laboratories.

Education and qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and self-motivated, with a genuine interest in laboratory work. You should have good planning skills, take responsibility for your tasks, be quality-conscious, and have strong collaboration skills. The ability to see connections, perform manual mathematical calculations, make reasonable assessments, and be well-organized are prerequisites for the role. It is also important that you can prioritize, work methodically, and safely even in stressful situations, as there are occasional peaks in workload where many samples must be handled with short turnaround times simultaneously.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A high school education with a natural science focus or equivalent
• Knowledge of chemistry and/or experience with laboratory work
• Basic IT skills
• Category B driver's license (ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle)
