Your new role

In this role, you work as a consultant at the client's site and are part of a support team where you handle more advanced cases escalated from first line. You work both independently and in close collaboration with other technicians and specialists.

• Work as a second-line resource in the client's support organization
• Handle and resolve more complex incidents and problems
• Collaborate with first line and other technical teams
• Contribute to improving working methods and processes

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, problem-solving, and management of client and infrastructure services. You work closely with users and ensure a high service level in the delivery.

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within client, application, and infrastructure
• Handle cases escalated from first line
• Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades
• Work with user and permission administration
• Document solutions and update knowledge bases
• Participate in smaller projects and change management

Your background

To succeed in the role, you are a solution-oriented technician with good technical breadth and experience working in high-load support environments.

• Experience working in second line or a similar role
• Good knowledge of Windows environments and client management
• Experience with AD, permissions, and account management
• Experience with ITSM tools and case management
• Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software
• Good skills in Swedish and English

Merits

It is a merit if you have experience with more advanced technical environments or specific tools and platforms.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 or Azure
• Experience with networking and basic server operations
• Experience from large organizations or complex IT environments
• Certifications in IT support or Microsoft
