About the role
As a Customer Service Representative at Nordic Wellness, you play a central role in creating a first-class experience for both members and colleagues across the country. You work actively to handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, chat, and our case management system. The cases can vary from technical support to membership and billing issues. You work efficiently, take initiative, and contribute positive energy to the team.
The position involves working at the headquarters in Backaplan. Working hours are daytime, with one evening per week and one weekend day every fifth week. We do not offer remote work.
Your responsibilities:
Deliver world-class service to our members and colleagues
Handle and resolve cases with engagement and determination
Work efficiently towards set goals
Handle administrative tasks in a structured and meticulous manner
Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment
We are looking for someone who:
Is a driven team player with a passion for service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a positive attitude, are solution-oriented, and have the ability to adapt to different situations – because no two days are alike.
We also value that you:
✔ Have excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English
✔ Have experience in customer service
✔ Are efficient, structured, and proactive
✔ Have the ability to quickly learn new systems
✔ Have an interest in fitness and health – this is a big plus
