Svea KBT and Elly Care are two sister psychology companies with the highest goal of providing our clients with the best possible help, whether it involves mental health issues, relationship difficulties, suspicions of ADHD or Autism, or if you just want someone to talk to.

We also know that happy psychologists lead to happy patients. We are now expanding to Örebro, a city we have had our eyes on for a long time and where we see great potential through high interest from our broad project. We give all our psychologists flexible development hours that you can direct towards what you need to learn or try out, 5 hours every week!

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed psychologist (we are also looking for PTP-psychologists but through other ads with us :)).
• Want to work with therapy and have a CBT focus or good understanding of CBT.
• Want to work with couples therapy, and yes, we have an incredibly appreciated couples therapy education that everyone who starts with us gets. And maybe you then want to be part of our Couples Therapy Podcast! ;)
• Can work with therapy in Swedish and English.
• Enjoy working independently.
• Accept all patient groups at the primary care level.
• Want to work with children, young people, adults & parents.
• Care, both about the work being good, about patients getting good help, and that colleagues have good support (and a lot of laughter in between :))
• Like being at an innovative company where new ideas are welcome and often implemented very quickly.

How a typical Wednesday looks for us

10.00. First patient consultation. You like sleeping in so you book the first patient a bit later. A person seeking help for stress and anxiety.

11.00. Couples therapy, talking about communication and other good tools.

12.00. Gym session, you appreciate the long lunch and take the opportunity to get some exercise.

13.00. Lunch with colleagues via Teams or eventually in the lunchroom. No matter where you sit, we have close contact and create contexts together, so there is a lot of laughter and community.

14.00. Executive support, a manager who wants help with conflict management.

15.00. Supporting parents with questions regarding ADHD.

16.30. Relationship support, you help a patient who ruminates with guidance and strategies.
