Our customers are small and medium-sized limited companies, active in a number of different industries and driven by engaged entrepreneurs.

Currently, we are 5 employees and are now looking for a new colleague for our team. Our goals and ambitions
We are an accounting agency in development with the ambition to continue growing in the coming years. For us, growth is about working with the right type of customers, delivering high-quality accounting services, and at the same time having fun at work.

Your responsibilities
As a senior accounting consultant, you will have overall responsibility for the delivery to some of our largest customers. The work includes monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, overall quality control, and some group accounting. You have ongoing customer contact with a few larger customers and deliver advice and service of a high level. Our ambition is to always deliver world-class service.

In the role as team leader, you will be responsible for a team of 5 people at present. The role includes overall responsibility for the operational workflow, distribution of tasks, and coordination and quality assurance of the team's delivery. You act as a sounding board to the CEO and are responsible for the team's development, structure, and quality. Together with the CEO, you drive the agency forward and are involved in developing both working methods and organization.

Your profile
You have a genuine desire to lead and work together with other people, and are driven by contributing to the development of both individuals and the business. You are very service-oriented and thrive in close dialogue with customers – especially entrepreneurs – where you get to act as a sounding board, advisor, and secure partner in their financial matters.

As a person, you are structured, systematic, and have a strong focus on quality. You take responsibility for your work, work proactively, and have an easy time seeing both details and the big picture. Above all, you are motivated by taking greater responsibility and influencing – both operationally in the daily work and more strategically in how we develop our working methods, customer relationships, and offerings going forward.

You have at least 3 years of experience working within accounting, for example as an accounting consultant or in a similar qualified role. You are confident in the accounting process and used to working independently with customers, from ongoing bookkeeping to financial statements and reporting.

Previous experience in a formal leadership role is not a requirement. The most important thing for us is that you have the will, maturity, and potential to grow into a leadership role, and that you find it both fun and meaningful to support and develop others in their work.

Success factors

• At least 3 years of experience working within qualified accounting
• Advantageous with background from auditing, accounting agency, or as a company accountant.
• Swedish and English fluent in speech and writing
• Social, communicative, and service-oriented
