Your role as Senior Project Manager/Construction Manager

As a Senior Project Manager/Construction Manager, you are responsible for driving projects and contracts from start to finish. The role includes, among other things, roll-out, upgrades, and new construction of mobile sites where you coordinate customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal resources to ensure high quality and efficient deliveries.

Depending on the scope of the projects and your experience, you will work with financial control, work planning, material orders, logistics coordination, technical site surveys, review of construction documents, and inspections. You are responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out according to agreed schedules, budgets, and quality levels.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience in project management, construction management, or contracting within telecom, mobile networks, or other technical infrastructure. You have likely worked with the construction, installation, or commissioning of mobile sites, telecom infrastructure, or similar technical facilities.

It is an advantage if you have experience with contract law, procurement, and financial project responsibility, but we value above all your ability to drive projects forward and create good collaborations.

As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and structured. You thrive in a role with many contact surfaces and have an easy time building trust with customers, contractors, and colleagues. At the same time, you are self-reliant and take responsibility for ensuring your projects reach their set goals.

The position involves travel, and therefore a B-driver's license is required. For the role, you also need to master Swedish and English in speech and writing. The work also includes field visits, working at heights, and some overnight stays.
