YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a customer account sales representative, you play a key role in connecting talents with exciting career opportunities. You are the company's professional face to the outside world and build long-term relationships with our customers.
Your daily routine is varied, with the basics below:
- Prospecting for new customers
- Handling cold and warm calls to customers
- Identifying personnel needs for new and existing customers
- Tailoring staffing and recruitment solutions for the customer, acting as a consultant regarding the customer's recruitment needs
- Conducting sales meetings, both digitally and primarily in person at the customer's location in the Stockholm area
- Follow-up and customer care in both the short and long term
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone who is hungry to continue developing within sales! You are goal-oriented and results-driven. You thrive working with freedom under responsibility and drive your own development. You take ownership of your work and like to motivate those around you to succeed together!
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
Meritorious (Preferred):
- Experience in proactive sales, e.g., telephone or field sales
- B2B experience
- Economic background or education
