About the role
We are currently looking for a Storekeeper to join Öresundskraft in Helsingborg. In this role, you will work in the spare parts warehouse with a varied daily routine combining operational warehouse tasks and administrative duties. You will be responsible for purchasing and inventory management of spare parts and consumables, maintain daily contact with both internal requesters and external suppliers, and ensure that the right materials are in the right place at the right time. The role also involves working in business and maintenance systems, conducting inventory checks, and handling inbound and outbound deliveries. You will be part of a team of three and report to the department manager.

Assignment period and scope
The Storekeeper position is a full-time consultancy assignment starting as soon as possible, with an estimated duration of 3-8 months.

There is an opportunity to take leave during July, subject to agreement.

Requirements for the role:

• Experience in purchasing, warehousing/logistics, or similar
• Good computer literacy/system proficiency
• Valid forklift license and B driver's license
• Technical understanding (preferably within electrical engineering)
• Proficiency in handling contracts and supplier communications

Merits for the role:

• Experience with dangerous goods/ADR
• Experience with UBW (Unit4) and IDUS (maintenance system)
• Work experience in spare parts warehouses (not traditional warehousing)
