Svalöv Upper Secondary School and Adult Education, located in shared premises, has approximately 800 students. The school offers four national vocational programs, four introductory programs, and three programs at a special needs upper secondary school. Around 110 upper secondary students reside in our student housing during the week.

The Vehicle and Transport Education program consists of three different work teams: Passenger Car (PB), which prepares for workshop work; Transport (TP), which trains truck drivers; and Racing Technology (RT), which trains for racing in collaboration with Ring Knutstorp. All work teams have their own workshops. Here, we work with the students' best interests in mind, guided by the school's mission that all learning should be authentic and practical.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for you who have a strong interest in both cars and in teaching your knowledge to young people. In this role, you will primarily supervise and instruct students in practical tasks in the workshops. You will collaborate with teachers and other staff regarding the students' education.

In this position, you will be part of a work team and will also participate in ongoing work related to, for example, systematic quality work and work with norms and values.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate has/is:

• Documented experience working with cars.
• Ability to instruct, supervise, and build good relationships.
• Responsible and good collaborative skills.
