Who we are looking for

Air Compressor Technician
Based in Klippan

We are expanding our air compressor division and are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in the field.

As a technician at Meccom Industripartner, you will have a role that offers significant room for personal responsibility and excellent development opportunities. The company drives its projects in a structured manner, always putting the customer at the center.

Responsibilities and tasks

Your role involves performing service, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing compressors and air compressor equipment for our customers. You will work proactively with upselling during service assignments, viewing service as a natural part of the business.

You are structured and accustomed to planning your own days. As a person, you are creative, business-minded, organized, and service-oriented. You thrive working both independently and in teams, and you enjoy meeting customers and building and maintaining relationships.

You are communicative, skilled at prioritizing, and have a strong ability to work independently. You take initiative, create structure in workflows, and can quickly shift focus when required without losing sight of the final result. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects and see it as a given to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Competency requirements

• Genuine interest in the profession and good practical skills.
• Knowledge of compressors and auxiliary equipment.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Good basic computer skills.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Certificates for hot work, forklift license, and lift license.
• Category B driver’s license (required).
• Good teamwork skills.

Location: Klippan, with the majority of work performed at customer sites in Scania (Skåne).
