About the role

As a service technician with us, you will have a varied and important role where you work with both planned and urgent service and repair tasks in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

You will work on external jobs involving preparation, service, and repair of new and used cars prior to sale and delivery to private and corporate customers. As needed, you will also work on internal vehicles and other car brands.

A central part of the role is to contribute to upselling and to carefully document completed tasks in our systems. You are responsible for communicating technical solutions and work status to the Workshop Manager and Service Advisor. The role may involve direct contact with customers.

Competence Requirements

• Vocational education in vehicle technology, preferably with a focus on passenger cars, preferably Renault-certified or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a workshop environment.
• Basic IT skills for documentation and diagnostic tools.
• Service-oriented approach and ability to represent the company when contacting customers.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

• Clear in both external and internal communication and documentation.
• Has a strong interest in developing technical knowledge and keeping up with new methods and systems.

Employment type, scope, and location

The employment is permanent, full-time, located at Bilmånsson in Lund. Start date is by agreement.
