About the Role

Ikett is currently recruiting an experienced and independent Service Technician for a position at Lantmännen Maskin in Mörarp! We are looking for you who are passionate about technology and customer service. You enjoy tinkering, screwing, and troubleshooting, and are driven by delivering smart and sustainable solutions that create value for the customer. As a Service Technician, you are a vital part of the operation and actively work to contribute to the facility's goals. The role involves performing service, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery and equipment according to manufacturer instructions and company procedures. The work ranges from simple repairs to more advanced troubleshooting and repair of various types of machinery, both in the workshop and out at customer sites in the local area. The role includes creating and following up on technical support cases, as well as collaborating with colleagues, other departments, and facilities to ensure the best possible service. You contribute to good customer relationships through professional interaction. To develop in the role, you are expected to participate in relevant training according to your individual training plan. You also contribute to a positive team spirit, a well-functioning workshop, and good maintenance of tools and equipment. In addition, other tasks may arise based on operational needs. It is important that all employees contribute to a good working environment by being engaged in their work, following the company's rules of order, and showing good cooperation skills and loyalty. Your Profile

• Vehicular technical education.
• A few years of relevant work experience within, for example, the automotive industry, agriculture, industry, or shipping.
• Good knowledge of transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical engineering, and service technology.
• Good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Good technical understanding.
• Customer-focused, service-oriented, and solution-oriented.
• Analytical, precise, and quality-conscious.
• Ability to adapt to changed conditions and work result-oriented.

• Focus on machine technology in education.
• Studies at agricultural or nature use gymnasium with machine focus.
• Experience from customer- and sales-oriented operations, especially within the agricultural area.
• Knowledge of the service market or similar operations.
• Experience with time reporting systems.

The position requires that you have a B driver's license. As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, orderly, and have good cooperation skills since the work takes place out at our customers.
